Our services include, but are not limited to, branding, identity, print and digital design, packaging, and creative direction.

The Website shows our studio’s work (including, indicatively, branding, identity, print/digital design, packaging, creative direction) and provide information about our services and contact details. - Intellectual Property & Use of the Website
All content on the Website-including, but not limited to photographs, text, project showcases, design proposals, artwork, text, graphics, headings, branding elements, and the overall visual presentation (“Content”)—is the exclusive intellectual property of Luminous Design or licensed third parties and is available solely for personal and informational purposes. Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, Luminous grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to access and view the Website solely for personal, informational, and non‑commercial purposes.
All Content available on the Website is provided exclusively for informational, illustrative, and presentation purposes. Nothing on the Website constitutes professional advice, nor should it be relied upon as such.
All proposals presented or displayed on the Website—including concept designs, drafts, mock‑ups, layouts, and any materials shown for portfolio, case study, or evaluation purposes—are the exclusive intellectual property of Luminous Design Group and are protected under applicable copyright and related rights laws.
The materials are provided solely for evaluation and review. They may not be reproduced, distributed, disclosed, adapted, implemented, shared, or used in any manner, in whole or in part, without our prior express written consent.
For commissioned work, usage rights are granted only to the specific version, iteration, or variation of the deliverable selected by the client and, only upon execution of a written agreement and full payment of all applicable fees. Where multiple versions, iterations, or variations of a deliverable (for example, alternative concepts for a marketing presentation) are prepared for a client and only one is selected and purchased, the client acquires no rights whatsoever in any version, iteration, or variation that is not selected.
Any proposals, versions, iterations, or variations not selected during a project -whether prepared as part of commissioned work, shown digitally, presented in meetings, or shared as preliminary or alternative concepts- remain the exclusive property of Luminous Design Group and may not be used, modified, adapted, published, or incorporated into any work, product, or service by the client or any third party.
You may not (and may not enable or permit others to):
- download, copy, reproduce, imitate, adapt, translate, alter, crop, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, distribute, publish, republish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part, without our prior express written consent.
- use, upload, ingest, or otherwise incorporate the Content (in whole or in part, including images, text, layout, or design elements) to artificial intelligence (AI) training datasets, design inspiration platforms, or databases to train, fine‑tune, validate, test, or improve any AI or machine learning models, or for any automated or algorithmic analysis intended to replicate or approximate our style or output, without a written license from us;
- remove, obscure, alter, or interfere with any copyright notices, watermarks, rights‑management information, EXIF/IPTC metadata, signatures or other measures implemented to protect the Content.
- frame, inline‑link, hotlink, scrape, or embed the Website or Content on any other website or service without prior written permission.
- use the Content in a manner that creates or implies endorsement, sponsorship, or association with any third party, product, or service without authorization and in general use Content for commercial, professional, or competitive purposes.
Public or commercial use of the Website is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, the creation of databases, inclusion of Content in existing databases, or granting access to Content to any third parties, whether natural or legal persons.
